The water is fully filtered 3 times between each float, passing through a 10 micron filter and a UV sanitizer. The primary purpose of this is to remove any fibers or hair that may have entered the tank during a float session. In terms of micro-organism and bacteria, each tank is sterile simply by virtue of the super-high concentration of magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) in the water. However, as an added pre-caution, our filtration system adds Hydrogen Peroxide to the water as an additional sanitizing agent.
