A targeted 30 minute massage focusing on the head including the face, hands and feet. Therapist will incorporate reflexology techniques, aromatherapy, massage tools and a specific cream for each part of the body. A gentle CBD face cream will be used if client has no allergy.

A wonderful first-time massage that emphasizes relaxation and circulation. Swedish uses light to medium pressure with repetitive and rhythmic gliding and relaxing strokes.

Esogetics is based on traditional Chinese Medicine but instead of using needles like in Acupuncture the therapist will use special colored crystals. A holistic therapy that helps you connect to your inner source of vibrancy and life force. Client stays fully dressed to receive the treatment.

For healthy clients who want to experience deep compression and ultimate relaxation during their session. It is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad and consistently perfect pressure by utilizing their feet and body weight. Perfect for athletes or any healthy client who enjoys deeper work specifically on back, glutes and legs.

A more focused session used to treat and release muscle spasms, habitual tension or eliminate adhesions. The therapist applies deeper pressure and various techniques such as trigger point, cross fiber friction and forearm compression. Massage tools and heat packs may be used as needed.

Our prenatal massage is very effective in releasing shortened muscles and relieving common pregnancy ailments and tension. Client is placed side-lying with the Body Cushion support system or pillows. Postpartum massage can be a gentle massage with focus on the head/neck and circulation. Light strokes are used to eliminate fluid in the extremities and deeper strokes and stretches for the neck/shoulder to alleviate 'mommy neck' from carrying infant and breastfeeding.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a series of gentle holds along the spine and around the cranium. The intention is to release the restrictions in the soft tissue that surround the central nervous system. CST can help clients with headaches, migraines, low back pain and TMJ dysfunction. It can create a feeling of calm and reduce anxiety. Clients stay dressed for the treatment. Not recommended for people with any recent head injury, concussion or intracranial aneurysm.

Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) therapy is the brief application of concentrated DC microcurrent impulses to specific treatment points to relax muscles, calm the nervous system and release endorphins -the body's natural painkillers. The one hour session will be combined with either Swedish massage or Reiki depending on the client's preference. MPS is also excellent for treating scars and the connective tissue and restrictions underneath that can transfer pain and constrict blood flow.

Experience the benefits of a Hot Stone Massage using Volcanic Basalt Stones that retain the heat. This massage is wonderful for relaxation and the heat adds therapeutic benefits for your muscles. The massage incorporates Swedish style strokes combined with heat for a truly relaxing experience.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage incorporates warm salt crystal stones to soothe away stress and tension and promote an increased sense of well-being. Its grounding properties help to improve sleep and balance the Central Nervous System by generating negative ions. Additionally, the stone's natural salt properties gently exfoliate and nourish the skin leaving you soft and smooth.
